My class did an activity where we had to see and hear stuff around the school  and write it down similes/Metaphors my two favorite ones are.

Hear; Music booming from the cars as they go past.

See; Cars Zooming past like a cheetah chasing a rabbit.

Chapter Chat

Chapter chat is when you read a class book our book was 'There's a boy in the girls bathroom' by Louis Sachar. He is a good author.
The chapter chat gave us specific tasks to do.
I choose ones that i found easy and hard.
We participated with a lot of schools in NZ.
We also did twitter every friday to put in our work.
